What Really Causes Acne
Acne happens when your body carries more toxics than your kidneys and bowels are able to remove. Your kidneys and bowels are the two main channels of elimination that your body removes toxics and waste products through.
These toxics can be the collection of fat stored chemicals the liver can’t wash out or there might be some trouble with fat digestion, fat accumulation, food allergy, or even the accumulation of hormones that your body creates.
When these toxics fortify, your kidneys and bowels may get overloaded and clogged up, which causes them to not function the right way. Once that happens some of the load will be dumped onto your liver. One of your liver’s primary functions is to metabolize accumulated fat into available energy for your body.
Instead your liver will do some of your kidney’s work now, hence your liver gets overloaded and it too won’t work at full capacity, too.
What goes on once your bowels, kidneys, and liver get overloaded?
Once this happens your body will remove toxins through your lungs and skin, the subordinate channels of elimination. This is the time when your skin starts to breakout and acne occurs.
Whatever toxic origin causes this problem, acne is a sign that your bowels and kidneys are clogged with toxins, waste products, or hormones. Also it is a sign that your liver is getting weaker in its detoxification powers and it will go on to get weaker if you don’t do what it needs to eliminate the toxics in your body.
